Incense of the day: Musk If there is an ingredient that is necessary in magic, that ingredient is confidence. Complete and certain confidence will make any spell work. While that's easy to speak and to intellectualize, sometimes it's more difficult to feel at a "heart and soul" level. Gather and light seven candles to represent the seven chakras. Focus on each candle as you direct "confidence" into each chakra. Pay attention to any feelings or "programmings" that turn confidence into self-doubt. At the root chakra, have confidence in your right to have and to be here. At the belly chakra, have confidence in your right to pleasure. At the solar plexus, have confidence in your ability to manifest heart. At the throat, have confidence in your communication. At the chakra of psychic vision, confidently visualize your goal. At the chakra of your higher self, ask for guidance in changing self-doubt into confidence. |
