The holidays are over. You've made it through your first week back at work or school and it's time to contemplate how much you "overdid it."
Take some time today to reflect on what you did this past month. Did you put on a few too many pounds? The longer you wait, the harder it will be to get them off and keep them off. Start now. Examine your diet and start eating healthy and exercising regularly.
Did you overspend? You don't want to wait for the bills to arrive, because by then it will be too late to plan for them. Review them and put that first payment away now.
Think about pacing yourself a bit better this year. Give some consideration to a healthier New Year.
