Incense of the day: Musk "Love thyself" is a popular mantra. But the key to relationships is first being confident and loving who you are. Light a green candle and situate yourself in front of a mirror. Look at your reflection. See within as well as without. On a sheet of paper, make two lists: things you like about yourself and things you don't. You are the only person who will ever see this, so be honest. Then tear off the part of the paper where you've listed negative qualities and light it with the candle flame. Place the burning paper in the cauldron, and as it burns, imagine everything you don't like about yourself melting away. All your positive qualities will take the place of the negative. You are beautiful. |
