Spell: School’s Not Over Yet Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Black
Incense of the day: Daffodil

School is almost out, and many kids will lose focus early, especially on those last days when you can feel summer in the air. A pocket-sized "focus" bag helps draw them back down to Earth. Making one can be a project both you and your child work on together. Start with a base of salt and a quartz crystal, rosemary, and cedar shavings. Add to it items that remind the child of work still to be done, like a little doll-sized book or a paper with the date that school lets out written on it. The smell of the bag and its grounding contents will help your child remember to focus just a bit longer until school is out for the summer.
