Spell: Corn Dollies for Spellcraft

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Lammas

Corn on the cob can be offered at the altar to the Corn Mother for fertility and nourishment. With cornhusks and wheat straws, corn dollies can be made for employing in spellcraft when needed. The dollies can be carried on the person as charms, talismans, or amulets. They can be consecrated for hanging on the rafters of the home to protect the property and its residents. A pair of similar dollies can be made to represent two lovers. The pair can also represent a single person seeking a soul mate. They can be used for numerous magical purposes so use your imagination and experiment with them. For scenting a room, a dolly or two can be dabbed with essential oil and hung in strategic places. Create several dollies for different uses. Use only one or two dollies for each magical purpose. Never re-use the same dolly for another matter. If it helps, the shape of a dolly can be drawn over two pieces of cloth, cut out for stuffing with dried corn, and sewn up. Rituals and spells in which corn dollies can be utilized are success, self-confidence, motivation, career improvement, courage, good health, inner strength, and companionship.
