| The power of touch has amazing curative properties in the hands of a healer. But it also has amazing abilities in the hands of a loved one. When a child is sick, nothing helps them get better faster than some loving touch showing that you care.
You don't need to be a trained Reiki person to be able to send healing energies to your child. Sitting the child on your lap, holding them, placing your hands on their head and heart will start a process of love and energy that even the child will recognize is helping them. They may ask what you are doing, and feel free to tell them you are giving them love and healing energy to help them get over their sickness, or help them through their sickness. Touch is a powerful tool. It shows you care, and it tells child they are loved. |
