| The school year is winding down, spring cleaning needs to be completed (or started), and the yard and gardens need tending. This weekend is the unofficial beginning of summer. You have parades and barbecues to attend, food to prepare, family to visit. Sometimes it is all you can do to get through a day of activity-forget about creating and casting a spell.
Take a few minutes of your private time in the morning to light a candle and offer up your spirit to the elements. Ask for strength and stamina, and give gratitude for your blessings. Taking just a little time to ground and center will smooth the day. (Remember to extinguish the candle!) |
