POSTED UNDER Air, Autumn, Water

Spell: Air Head

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

The element of air is associated with clarity and thought, which are useful during periods of change (like the seasonal conversion that's happening tomorrow). Go for an autumn walk and look for feathers-nature's own wand of air that, charged with your energy, will engage this element to help you think clearly.
Clean the feather, first to remove any physical dirt and then with saltwater to remove any lingering energies. Blow on the feather-this will dry it and imprint it with your energy. Whenever your mind feels muddled, take your feather and, holding it level with your chin, pass it over your face and brow, then over the top of your head and down the back, and say:

"Feathery wand of sylph and air,
Clear my head, sweep away care!"

Visualize any cloudiness being pulled back like a veil. Think or repeat the spell whenever you need to clear your mind.
