| The energies swelling in the air today bring forth an awareness of your vital life force and sense of freedom. In my spiritual tradition, Sacred Fires, we use the symbol of the crown as a tool to represent both of these things as well as our own personal sovereignty in life. Today is the perfect day for you to check to see if you're still wearing your crown and to make any adjustments necessary to maintain its presence.
This morning or night when the clock strikes 11:11, take a few moments to align your energy with the universe and to draw down your sacred crown of power. Place your right hand over your heart and your left hand over your right pectoral muscles, then take three deep breaths and chant: "Serpent rising, owl descend, spider weaving with no end!" Chant this until you feel all of your energy become centered on the now. |
