Find something to use as a symbol of what you wish to save. You could use a coin to represent money or a clock to symbolize time, or use a picture of the object. Designate a place where you will store the symbol- a special box, for example. Visualize managing this item, and see your desired outcome. Keep the box in a place where you can see it but not easily reach it, such as on a high shelf. Use these words to seal the spell: "Help me manage, help me save, Conserve the item that I crave. Keep this resource safe and sound, So there's enough to go around." |
