| The earthy scents of spring fill the air now. This is a good time to protect your home and garden with this spell. You'll need a few drops of olive oil, a hoe, and some lettuce seed. If you don't have a garden, you may perform this spell using a window box or flowerpot.
First, bless the garden by sprinkling a few drops of olive oil on the soil. Next, using the hoe (if you have a garden), loosen the soil. Then using the hoe or your finger, trace the shape of a pentagram or other holy symbol into the soil. Now plant the lettuce seed. Lettuce has powerful protective qualities that will protect the home and garden, and lettuce should grow well for you during the cooler spring weather. Lastly, give a silent thanks to Mother Earth for providing us with food. |
