| With Leo and Sunday both being ruled by the sun, the astrological energies today are perfect for all work related to the sun and its correspondences. Most especially, this is a time for you to work with the sun to replenish your own energy levels.
At dawn, go outside and face the east. Draw a circle with a dot in the center (the symbol for the sun) in the air and then focus your attention on the dot. Envision this dot capturing the rising light from the sun and then directing it directly into your solar plexus. Breathe deeply and chant this five times: "Sun rising, fill my soul, Sun rising, make me whole. Fill what’s empty and restore the light. Bring on the day after night!" Continue to breath deeply, and when you feel you are full, allow the symbol for the sun to fade away. Then disconnect from that energy. |
