| A piece of chalk is all you need to keep evil influences from entering your home. Start by drawing loops, spirals, or wavy lines on the top step, the threshold, and the exterior faces of the doors to your house. The color and exact nature of the pattern are not important, but it is critical that the design be made of a single line. In other words, the drawing must not contain any spaces, gaps, or loose ends. If negative energy approaches your home, it will be trapped and held in the maze.
