Spell: Magic circles Day

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

June 14 is Magic Circles Day. A circle is used in ritual ceremonies to focus and raise the energy inside the perimeter. Creating the circle, or magical barrier, can be done in a number of ways. You can use an athame, also known as a ritual knife, to draw the circle energetically. If you don’t have ritual tools, you can simply use your pointer finger and envision the circle as a color of light. Your body and mind are the only things you really need to create powerful magick. You can use salt to create a physical barrier for protection while in the circle. Stones and crystals or candles can be used, with fire safety in mind. When the circle is cast, say:

Let nothing but love enter and
let nothing but love leave.

Perform the spell of your choice. Then take down the circle, visualizing it dissolving in the opposite direction of how it was created.
