Celebrate the sun as it rises today by breathing in the light and letting the hands of God fill your naked body in the sunlight. In a private or skyclad-friendly environment, find some time to let it all hang out. Love your body with frankincense lotion, and burn Egyptian incense to enable light to reach all of your nooks and crannies. Take stock of your body’s strengths and weaknesses, and apply yourself to healthful habits as you work toward the harvest season under the watchful eye of Ra. May this prayer inspire you to truly know thyself. Declare it aloud six times:

Light, like a hand, descends to
touch what it has created.
Ra, like a father, breathes life
into me, loves my every breath,
and sees me in my completion.
Light wills life to infinity.
