If we allow it, aging brings maturity and wisdom. It allows our minds to open. One of my tried-and-true and heartfelt mantras is “Humor is no excuse for rudeness.” Another hardlearned fact is that one does not have to put voice to every thought.

Here is a spell to help us be less rude and to forgive the rudeness of others:

The words pierce our hearts,

the laughter hurts our soul;

Laughter does not forgive rudeness,

spoken thoughts must be ignored;

Do not take into your heart and soul

such carelessness; to forgive is to bless.
