Spell: A Fivefold Kiss of Loving Bliss

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

If you are unfamiliar with the traditional Wiccan Fivefold Kiss, I encourage you to research this blessing and modify it for our purpose. Instead of giving the Kiss to another person, change every spoken instance of "your" to "my."

Before reciting each line, kiss the tips of the middle finger and pointer finger of your right hand at the same time. The other fingers should be tucked in, so that these two fingers act as one. This method of pointing directs energy from within and is also a common method of casting a circle without using an athame or wand. You can carry the blessing of the sacred smooch to each part of your body named in the chant. While giving the Kiss to these five parts of the body, envision each part surrounded by peaceful white light. Inhale deeply after each kiss.

This is an especially powerful daily mini-ritual for those of us who struggle with loving ourselves.
