Spell: Painting Your Reflection

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

I love a good mirror spell. There's nothing more revealing than looking deeply at yourself in a mirror to get in touch with your inner self. Today's mirror spell is a bit different because we get to do some art by painting our reflection! This is something I like to do when I want to look deeper at my divine self and see how it reflects the way I feel that day. This spell works best with dry erase markers. Sharpies also work if that's all you have (cleanup is easy with rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover).

First, grab as many markers as you can in a variety of colors if possible. If not, just a single color will do. Next, sit at your mirror with no real intention other than to draw symbols on your reflection. Look deep into your own eyes and connect with yourself. When you feel ready, start drawing on the mirror. There are no rules to this—draw what feels right. You can outline your face, draw ancient symbols, or even draw auras. When you are done, step away from the mirror to reflect on what you have created.
