Spell: Water Emotion Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Water is the magical elixir of life. Not only does water from rain clouds nourish the earth, but it is also the element that is connected to our emotions. This spell will help you deal with heavy emotions. Gather up some rain water or snow (and let it melt) and place it in a bowl. Safely light a small white candle next to the bowl for the intention of purity and cleansing. The flame of the candle will add energy for transformation. Sit with your feelings, feel the feelings, and allow yourself to cry if necessary. Place your nondominant hand in the bowl, stir the water, and say:

May the light of this candle be a start
To release the heavy emotions from my heart.
May the water cleanse and help free me.
May the flame of the candle transform me.

Repeat this as needed. Upon completion, safely extinguish the candle and pour the water outside onto the earth.
