Today is the Egyptian Day of Hathor, mother goddess of love, joy, beauty, and life at its most intense. Honor Hathor with a nurturing spell. We all nurture people, places, and things. Recognizing how we create and anchor joy, beauty, and love in our lives solidifies and multiplies these energies.

Identify one thing you love—it could be a practice, person, or place. Find something small to represent that thing, perhaps a crystal, picture, or map. Place the item on your altar. If you don't have an altar, place it in your central living space where you will see it and appreciate it. As you place it, say:

My life has space for beauty, joy, and love. Let them grace my home, my life, and my heart. Let these energies grow and magnify. So mote it be.
