Incense of the day: Maple Divination provides an important glimpse of your path before it unfolds fully. Most divinatory tools, such as tarot cards, respond better if laid out upon a properly consecrated cloth rather than on a bare table. You may use a plain cloth or one with markings for a specific system. To consecrate your cloth, first spread it flat. Lay out all your cards on it in order. Now say: Tools of power, Tools of art, Tools that see the hidden heart, Tools that tell the path before Be you blessed by ancient lore. Wrap the cloth around the deck, and continue: Now together be you bound Cards and cloth that wraps around One in two, and two in one, By these words my will be done! The cloth is now consecrated. Keep it wrapped around your deck when not in use. |
