Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Yellow
Incense of the day: Lavender

Bring the healthy, revitalizing energies of the Sun into your life today through a delicious tea. If you live in an area of the world that is experiencing summer at this time of year, feel free to ice your tea as a cool escape from the heat. But a warm cup of tea will certainly contribute to your experience of the Sun's energy. Pour boiling water over a chamomile tea bag and a cinnamon stick. As you dissolve half a teaspoon of local honey in the hot water, imagine the brilliant, life-giving light of the Sun in the center of your tea cup. Stirring clockwise, see this light spread and fill the tea to overflowing. Allow the tea to steep for nine minutes before removing the tea bag and stick. With each sip, feel the warm light of the Sun spread throughout your body.
