Spell: Spell for the Weary Traveler

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Topaz
Incense of the day: Frankincense

Now we begin the summer vacation season. Traveling can be fun, but it can also be stressful. Try this stress-busting ritual to refresh yourself after you arrive at your destination. Travel with some lavender-scented soap or body scrub, witch hazel, and a small pillow to support your neck. Bathe with the lavender soap. Towel off and put on a comfy bathrobe. If possible, refrigerate the witch hazel and apply it to your face with a cotton ball. Massage your temples lightly with the witch hazel and lay down. Rest your head on the small pillow and elevate your feet. Feel all tension draining away; close your eyes and visualize the things you enjoy. Let the images flow. Drift off and take a nap if you wish, resting for at least twenty minutes. When you arise, you'll be ready to enjoy your vacation.
