| Now in the garden and along the roadside you'll see the magical yarrow blooming. Its silvery-green foliage and stems are topped with flat yellow flower heads. When dried and crushed, it releases a pungent scent. Herbalists have used yarrow for healing, love magic, and dreamwork. Yarrow's scent can trigger deep memories and is useful in past-life dream spells. To do this, crumble the dried flowers and leaves from three yarrow stems. Place them on a cloth or in a pouch you use for magic. Before bedtime, inhale the scent, clear your mind, and say:
My past lives are with me now and forever, All time-past, present, and future Are like a river that flows together. Leave the yarrow on your nightstand and drift to sleep. Your dreams may run together. If you awaken during the night, write down your dreams. Repeat as needed. |
