| If your energy seems scattered or you lack motivation, this spell will help ground you. You'll need a piece of brown fabric or a piece of burlap at least twelve inches square. You'll also need a small rock that appeals to you and some moist garden soil.
Spread some garden soil onto the fabric and place the rock in the center. Begin packing the soil around the rock, adding more soil if needed. As you do this, feel yourself connecting with the earth. Enjoy the sensation of working with the soil, just as you did when you made mud pies as a child. Tie up the ball of soil in the fabric. Say these words: "Eternal cycle of birth, death, rebirth, I am one with the Earth. Now, I'm hard as bone, now, I'm strong as stone." Save your bundle and touch it when you feel weak. |
