Spell: Energy Tea

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Mix up a batch of this tea when you need a pick-me-up.
Place 1 black tea bag, 1 and a half teaspoons chopped ginger (I use candied), 1 teaspoon dried peppermint, and a 4-inch stick of cinnamon in a heat proof container. Add about 2 cups boiling water, and allow the brew to steep for 10 minutes.
Pour the resultant tea through a fine mesh strainer into a mug and let sit until it's cool enough to drink. I also like to add a squeeze of a lemon slice to the final mug. If you don't want to deal with the strainer, use a tea infuser or a small muslin bag.
