This money soup can be made on New Year's Eve, or at any time, to attract money during the next year. Remove the silver object before eating the soup.
1 coin or small silver objectBoil the silver object to sterilize it. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the onion and sauté till light brown. Add the cabbage and cook till tender. Toss in the silver object. Add chicken stock to vegetables and brind to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer fifteen minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste. |
