| Dew has been used for centuries as an aid to help increase the powers of prophecy. For this spell, you'll need a small clean jar with a lid, some bottled spring water, and an amethyst stone. Leave the jar outside overnight without the lid on. Early the next morning, while dew is still on the jar, bring the jar in and fill it with spring water. At this point, you may cap the jar and use the mixture later, or use it immediately.
When you're ready to use your dew mixture, anoint your third-eye chakra with it and wipe a small amount on your amethyst. Sit quietly while holding the amethyst, and think of a question you need answered. Close your eyes and see if a mental picture develops. Or wipe the amethyst with the mixture and place it under your pillow to induce a prophetic dream. Repeat during a new or waxing moon. |
