Spell: Flower Healing

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

If you need an energetic tune-up or spiritual guidance of any sort, try visiting a guru of the garden: a blossom. Once you find one that feels right (growing or cut), sit or stand comfortably near it and consciously relax your body as you come fully into the moment. Gaze at the blossom lovingly, and just take in its unique beauty and presence. When it feels right, present your challenge to the flower in the form of a feeling(flowers communicate on the level of emotion), and request healing and guidance. Then just continue to relax and enjoy the beauty of the flower. In time, whether you consciously realize it or not, the flower's energetic pattern will merge with yours, and you will experience deep shifts on many levels: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. When this feels complete, say a heartfelt thank you to the blossom, and go on your way.
