| One of my favorite areas to work magick for on Friday is friendship. Both Friday and the utilitarian crop of corn are ruled by Venus. These connections allow for a delightfully fun and tasty magickal combination. Today, for family members, classmates, or coworkers, pop up a batch of popcorn and put it into small individual-size paper bags, then distribute among them. Attach a short note (it can be simple and the same note for each) telling them you appreciate their friendship and to enjoy this special treat! You can also draw covert or overt magickal symbols on the bag, such as a heart or healing hand. Just like corn, friendships grow when nurtured, and we know that magickally we get back from the universe what we put out into it. So get popping and nurture a few friendships today, and watch the results return to you over time. |
