Whether things are going well in your life or not, it never hurts to renew your spirit and give yourself a fresh start. Use this meditative ritual bath to cleanse and renew your spirit.
Draw a warm bath and add the following herbs or oils to the water: basil, black pepper, chamomile, cinnamon, cypress, juniper, lemon, myrrh, and pine. If you're using oils, use only a couple of drops of each. Submerge yourself in the bath as far as you can. Visualize white light cleansing you and your spirit. Feel it in and around you, cleansing and leaving everything in its path shiny, bright, and new. You and your spirit are glowing and refreshed. Soak for at least fifteen minutes and then drain the tub, allowing any negative energy to flow down the drain as it leaves you through the water. As you step out of the tub, thank your deities for their support. |
