Spell: An Abundance Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

In the Eastern Orthodox Church, today is the feast day of St. Tryphon (Trypho). He's the protector of gardeners, fields, and vineyards. St. Tryphon not only protects gardens and crops but is also prayed to for growth and abundance. This celebration is linked to the ancient Greek god Dionysus, god of wine and fertility.

To help bring abundance into your life, rise just before dawn, face east, and say three things that you're grateful for. Then state three wishes you want to come true. Later sometime this evening, drape your altar with a green cloth and upon it place a glass of red wine and a new houseplant. Thank the Divine Power for all that you have and drink the wine. Tend the houseplant with great care and watch your abundance grow.
