Spell: Honor the Moon with Yoga

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Oh, the myriad names each full moon has! There is not enough space here to write them all. No matter the name of a full moon, it may be honored with a sequence of yoga poses called Chandra Namaskar. This full moon salutation is a quieting series of poses honoring and cultivating the soothing lunar energy. Our internal wisdom, creativity, balance, and intuition are encouraged to surface. Happily, this series is among the least challenging and can be found on the Internet and in books. I urge you to honor the moon with yoga.

"Goddess Diana, our Lady of the Moon,
We draw down your power.
Bless us in this full moon salutation."
