Spell: Whisking Away the Mental Cobwebs

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

In spring, the active power of air has prominence and can be utilized to enhance our mental powers, freeing our minds from clutter and distractions. For this spell, you have two options: you can stand outside on a breezy day (ideally) or use a portable fan placed in front of you set on low. Feel the air as it touches your skin. Connect with this element, visualizing that it's traveling through you. Breathe in and out gently. As you do, feel as though you're taking in the air through every pore of your body. In your mind's eye, see the flowing air sweeping away any blocks, confusion, or distractions as if they were puffs of smoke scattered on the breeze. When you feel ready, say:

"From mental clutter I am now free,
as power of air moves through me;
clouded, vague thoughts are released,
new fresh focus, my mind at peace!"
