This spell encourages recognition for your accomplishments. Your light is shining strongly today, so make  the most of it! You’ll need a candle in a holder and something to light it with, a hand mirror, a second mirror, and a pen (red is best) and paper.

Place the lighted candle on the hand mirror, reflective side up. Gaze at yourself in the second mirror. Look hard until you see your positive qualities. It’s easy to see what you think is wrong, and the media promotes that, using presumed flaws to sell their products. They lie, so focus on all your good things and write them down.

When you’re feeling strong and confident, pinch out the candle. Put the hand mirror and your list of good things in a private place, such as your underwear drawer. It should be somewhere confidential but where you will see it frequently as a reminder that you’re amazing.
