This is a spell giving thanks to the abundance and quality of life grains have given us. You'll need only a small dish containing a few grains. Even a few kernels of corn will do. Place the dish of grain upon your altar. Sit before the dish and say these words:
Golden grains, you have sustained
kingdoms and nations.
Without you there would
be no civilization.
You have been raised in many lands
Since before recorded time began.

Carry the dish outside and respectfully scatter the grains on the earth.
