On a piece of paper, write down all the qualities you are looking for in a romantic partner. Fold the paper and place it in the sachet, then add herbs that symbolize love. Some choices may come from your pantry, including cinnamon, rosemary, and basil.

After adding all the herbs you want to include, say:
