Incense of the day: Jasmine The New Moon in Taurus, a fixed earth sign ruled by Venus, brings groundedness, stability, and sensuality. Take some time to get grounded today by taking a walk in nature. Sit in a garden. Hug a tree. Take off your shoes and walk barefoot in the grass. Dig your hands into some mud. Repot some plants. Don't be afraid to get a little dirty today. You can always take a bath. In fact, that is next on the agenda. While you are outside, touch the plants and smell the flowers. Pick or buy several bunches of flowers or herbs that appeal to you. Roses, violets, or apple blossoms are the most appropriate, but look for ones that you find the most beautiful, fragrant, or otherwise attractive. When you get home, surround your bathtub with green candles. Draw a warm bath, adding a couple handfuls of Epsom salts. Light the candles and scatter small blossoms and flower petals in the bath. Undress slowly by candlelight. Lie back in the water, close your eyes, and feel the water on your skin until the water grows too cold. |
