Be alone for this working, ensured that no one will hear your voice. I prefer to perform this exercise while driving in the car. Using your voice, hum the absolute lowest pitch you can possibly make. You will have to stretch your jaw down with your lips closed in order to create this deep tone. This resonates with your base chakra. Slowly, raise the pitch of your voice, finally reaching the highest octave to which your vocal cords can stretch: this represents your crown chakra. Continue these vocal fluxes as long as you feel is necessary. Envision your intentions for this vocal intonation so that each tone helps cleanse a certain chakra. |
