| This is the first day of Floralia, a Roman festival dedicated to Flora, the Roman goddess of flowers. Decorate with flowers that you either bought or collected from your garden, or plant flowers in your yard or in a container today in her honor.
Flowers represent the blessings of potential and women's mysteries. Dress in bright colors today in honor of Flora, play some music, even dance if you wish. In a bright-colored dish, make a mixture of milk and honey-Flora's favorite offering. Leave it outside for Flora in the dish or pour it out. Offer this blessing: Lady Flora, you belss us with your blooms, Bringing joy onto the earth as all of life resumes.
