Spell: Celebrating a Western Diwali

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Diwali, the Indian Festival of Lights, is the beginning of the Hindu lunar calendar's new year. It covers four days, the last of which is auspicious for shipping, business, and starting new ventures.
Instead of stealing another culture's traditions, we can respectfully adapt Diwali. Begin by lighting at leasr four candles. With each one, be glad for new light in a month of growing darkness. Sit quietly before your candles and reflect on the joyful things that have accureed this year.
See again the beautiful things you've seen this year. Yes, it's been a good year. Know that across the earth, people are lighting lamps and candles tonight to bring peace and harmony into the world.
In what endeavors do you still need to find success? Do some planning and decide what steps you can take to move this project forward.
Know that with good work, you will succeed.
