No matter how hard you try to be nice, misunderstadings can end in hard feelings that you carry around. When this happens, take control of your feeligns and take the high road. Try this spell to melt your anger, encouraging forgiveness in your own heart.
In a small bowl, gather snow, if it's available; if not, use crushed ice. Write what you're angry about on a slip of paper and put it underneath the snow in the bowl. Sprinkle a little sugar on top for sweetness. Place a floating candle on the top of the snow and light it. Say: "As hard feelings melt I no longer grieve. Warm my heart this New Year's Eve." As the snow melts, let go of your hard feelings toward the person. Holding on to anger will only end up hurting you in the end, so release it with love before the new year begins and move on. |
