| For this spell, you'll need an empty jar, powdered milk, blue food coloring, and some dirt. As the moon rises, think of the healing thoughts you'd like to send to the earth and all her children. Fill the jar halfway with the powdered milk, and add a drop of the blue food coloring. Put the lid on the jar and shake it up, so the milk and the food coloring blend. This adds the healing energies. Open the jar and add a handful of dirt. Shake the jar again, saying:
"The color blue from me to thee, I honor and bless you, Mother Earth." Empty the jar in a place outside that is special to you-under a favorite tree perhaps-and focus on pouring all that healing energy back into the earth, giving thanks. Keep a thankful heart as you finish your evening activities. The spell has been cast. |
