| Recite the following just before going to bed while holding a sprig of lavender:
"By the power of sun and moon, I conjure. Let the power of water come to me. Encircle me. Around me cast an impenetrable dream catcher. Let nothing intending me harm come near. Protect me. Hide me from those of ill intent. Let nothing disturb my rest. Let me sleep in peace. Let me wake when needed. When I wake, the circle shall fade, Until it is cast again. Never let this spell reverse Or upon me place a curse. By nature's will and harm to none, Let this my spell not be undone." Place the lavender under your pillow and enjoy your rest. |
