| For this spell you will need the
following items: * 1 spool of white thread * 1 needle * 1 white emergency/blackout candle * 1 sharp yellow stone or rugged glass bead * 1 lock of your own hair Sitting in a sunny location, begin the spell in the early afternoon. Take your measure by cutting a piece of the thread and measuring from the center of your head to the bottom of your feet. Threading the needle puts the energy of your spirit into the thread. Contemplate one single goal. Picture all of the stages of work ahead. Pass the needle through the middle of the candle so the ends of the thread dangle out of either side. Then thread the stone or bead onto the string on the right side of the candle. Tie your hair to the string on the left side, and bind the two ends together in a triple knot as you cast your intention. Burn the candle today as an offering to the sun and set your goals within sight of the new year ahead. |
