Spell: Cleanse Us with Rain

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Blessed be the falling rain, which cleanses, renews, and makes us whole again.

On a morning after a rainfall, step outside. Feel the enchantment of the world washed anew.

Gently wipe the fresh morning rain from the leaves of a tree or the petals of a flower. Touch your forehead, your eyelids, your cheeks, your lips, and the back of your neck with the fresh rain. You may even wish to wipe your throat with the rain. As the water lingers on your skin, feel its refreshing coolness and lightness of being. Take the water energy into your being, just as the leaves take the moisture into the tree. Legends say touching your skin with water from a fresh rain, especially in the morning, keeps your skin healthy, young, and vibrant.

Merge with the power of water that falls from the sky in gentle drops.
