Spell: Meditation on Clear Intent

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Rose
Incense of the day: Pine

In our very hectic world, it can be quite easy to lose sight of our focus. In order to be truly effective and in balance within ourselves, it is necessary to maintain sight of our intent in all areas of our lives. This simple meditation can assist in regaining one's intent. Sit easily, spine straight, and breathe deeply in and out. Slow your thoughts and allow your mind to become quiet. Visualize yourself receiving light through the top of your head and earth energy through the soles of your feet. Be aware of these two beams of light meeting within your being. Observe the flowing stream of awareness, light giving birth to the manifestation of energy within you. Attune yourself to the light of a clear mind leading to thought and action in harmony with your divine purpose, which will allow you to shape your life in right relationship with yourself, with others, and with our Earth Mother. Dedicate your thoughts and actions to peace. Absorb light into yourself and put a vision of a peaceful planet into your heart. Let rose-colored light expand outward from your heart and reach all realms of your thought. Let your mind become quiet once more and then go out into your day in peace.
