Greet the Sun at sunrise, if possible. Raise your arms as though embracing the light. Feel it entering your finger-tips and coursing through your arms, torso, legs, and your entire body. Mentally direct the energy to those places within you that you feel need healing. When you are filled, point your arms in the direction of someone in need, no matter how far away they are. Picture his or her face in your mind and imagine that same light, with its healing blessings, flowing to your friend until he or she is filled with healing energy.
